Rolls Royce Corporation in Indianapolis, Indiana (Rolls Royce) self-disclosed violations of the Stratospheric Ozone Regulations in November 2006. They agreed to replace three ozone depleting substance (ODS) containing units that were in violation of the Leak Repair Regulations with units that contain a non-ODS. Rolls Royce spent $140,000 for the replacement of these three units and paid a civil penalty of $18,329. This resulted in 204 lbs. of emission reductions.
