This is a Unilateral Administrative Order (UAO) pursuant to CERCLA Section 104(e) issued to Los Angeles By-Products Company. Respondent refused to allow EPA onto its properties to conduct sampling-related activities (video logging of monitoring wells). The Order directs respondent to provide EPA with access for a year to conduct video logging, any necessary well rehabilitation, sampling, and any other sampling-related activities deemed necessary by EPA.
