This action was taken for violations of FIFRA Sections 12(a)(1)(E) -- misbranding (Antimicrobial). This complaint includes violations from an EPA inspection of Banner Chemical, a distributor of a Lonza pesticide product (a hospital disinfectant), on Sept 9, 2003 and violations that were referred to Region 2 from other EPA regions.
