Violations: 1. Failure to have the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) at the construction site. 2. Failure to have the SWPPP available for review. 3.Failure to have the Storm Water Construction General Permit certification, a copy of the Noitice of Intent confirmation letter, and a brief description of the project including the permit number, at the construction site.
