Violation: The Respondent's tank battery facility located at the Northeast Quarter of Section 7, Township 23 North, Range 11 East, Osage County, Oklahoma was a point source discharge of pollutants to waters of the US . The violation was documented during an EPA inspection conducted on April 5, 2007. The facility had an unauthorized discharge of oil field brine to a tributary of Clem Creek.
Relief: A cease and desist Administrative Order is being issued to the Respondent to cease all discharges of pollutants from the facility; to remove the brine from the impacted water body; and to submit written certification that these previous two activities were completed.
