Violation: The Respondent's tank battery facility located at the Northeast Quarter of Section 12, Township 20 North, Range 7 East, Pawnee County, Oklahoma was a point source discharge of pollutants to waters of the US. The violation was documented during an EPA inspection conducted on April 11, 2007. The facility had an unauthorized discharge of oil field brine to a tributary of House Creek.
Relief: A cease and desist Administrative Order is being issued to the Respondent to cease all discharges of pollutants from the facility; to remove the brine from the impacted water body; and to submit written certification that these previous two activities were completed
