This Administrative Order is issued to Daggett County for violations at the Dutch John Public Water System. These violations consist of inadequate disinfection byproduct precursor removal (total organic carbons); failure to monitor for disinfection byproduct precursors, nitrate, pesticides, and bacteriological quality; and failure to notify the State and public of these violations.
