This Emergency Administrative Order,issued to Amanda and Dale Eckdahl, is based on bacteriological samples taken 2/9 and 3/26, 2007 which were positive for acute fecal or E.Coli coliform and therefore may pose an imminent and substantial endangerment to the health of persons served by this water system.
