VIOLATIONS: The Respondent's oil field facility was a point source discharge of pollutants, specifically produced water, to the receiving waters of a tributary of Gilbert Creek, located in Wichita County, Texas. An April 24, 2007, EPA inspection had observed the discharge of brine from the facility.
RELIEF: The Order specifies that the Respondent shall cease all discharges of pollutants from the facility; neutralize or extract the contaminated soil located between the facility and the discharge point of entry.
