This Administrative Order for Compliance is issued to the Rohrer Family Limited Partnership for the unauthorized discharge of dredged and/or fill material into waters of the US. These discharges of pollutants to wetlands adjacent to Cottonwood Creek and Douglas Creek occurred at property owned by the Rohrer Family. These creeks are part of a continuous tributary system that enters Nevada Creek which flows into the Blackfoot River, which is a tributary to the Clark Fork River.
