Violation: The Respondent's oil field tank battery facility was a point source discharge of pollutants to waters of the US. The violation was documented during an EPA inspection conducted on May 10, 2007. At the time of the inspection a flow line operated by the Respondent was discharging brine to a tributary of Lost Creek.
Relief: A Cease and Desist Administrative Order is being issued to the Respondent to cease all discharges of pollutants from the flow line; to remove the brine from the impacted creek; and to submit written certification that the previous aforementioned tasks have been completed.
