Marisol Inc. transported material containing pcbs without disclosing that on the hazardous waste manifest and Marisol Inc. did not send a unmanifested Waste report within 15 days of receiving a shipment of pcb contaminated material that did not have an accompaning hazardous waste manifest stating there were pcbs in the shipment.
