Violation: The Respondent's oil & gas production facilities were point source discharges of pollutants to waters of the US. There are seven violations cited against the Respondent at seven different facilities. The violations occurred between the dates of February 28, 2006, through April 2, 2007. All the facilities are located in Osage County Oklahoma.
