(Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Inn located at 7575 E. Princess Drive, Scottsdale, Arizona). The violation involves failure to timely submit an annual chemical inventory form to the local fire department for sulfuric acid present at the facility during 2005, and failure to report to local agencies (the SERC, and the LEPC). The facility is now in compliance with the requirement. The settlement establishes a penalty in the amount of $2000.
