This is a Federal Facility Agreement between the United States Marine Corps and the United States Environmental Protection Agency pursuant to CERCLA section 120(e). The agreement establishes what response activities will be undertaken to address hazardous substance contamination at Camp Pendleton in San Diego, California. The marine corps base at Camp Pendleton is on the National Priorities List of Superfund Sites.
