The construction of the Lake Erie Shores and North Shore Estates Developments in Lake County, Ohio resulted in impacts to approximately 1,384 linear feet of streams and 4.035 acres of wetlands. Work in the waters of the United States had not been authorized by a Clean Water Act Section 404 permit at time the impacts occurred.
