Respondent is a political subdivision in the State of New Mexico, and operates a municipal wastewater treatment facility which is located in Socorro County, and as such, is a Permittee; subject to regulations of the Clean Water Act (CWA), National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Regulations. TheRespondent was in violation of the CWA and is being issued an Administrative Order for Compliance.
