This Emergency Administrative Order is issued to the National Park Service based on the turbidity level of samples taken from the Triangle X Ranch of filtered water taken on August 18 and 19, 2007 that were above the maximum limit of 5 NTU and for alternative filtration, that the filtered water currently available to the System may present an imminent and substantial endangement to the health of persons.
