This facility was inspected in response to a citizen complaint. The facility was issued Field Citation II-UST-FC-1238, in the amount of $300, for the following violations: 280.43(g): inadequate use of applicable release detection method; and 280.44(a): failure to conduct annual test of the ALLDs.
