This Complaint and Consent Agreement is issued to Kerr-McGee Oil & Gas for for the unlawful discharge of dredged and/or fill material during construction of two natural gas well pads. These discharges into wetlands adjacent to the Hams Fork River have occurred on property located in S29, T20N, Range 112W, near Granger, WY.
NOTE: Respondent, Kerr-McGee Oil & Gas is the successor corporate entity of Westport Oil and Gas Company. Respondent Kerr-McGee Corporation has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Anadarko Petroleum Corporation.
