On or about April 10, 2007, King Precision Products, LLC imported into the Port of Miami, FL 219 generators containing gasoline nonroad engines. The engines bore emissions information labels that were not permanently affix and could be removed without destroying or defacing the labels in violation of 40 CFR 90.114(a).
