This Administrative Compliance Order is issued to Ideal Radiator and Body Company for failure to comply with the implementing regulations associated with the Stratospheric Ozone Protection requirements. This Compliance Order requires the Respondent comply with the requirements of the penalty order at CAA-08-2007-0002.
