TSC is a corporation that tested and developed weapons at the Massachusetts Military Reservation from 1979 to 1997. It caused some contamination at the range where they conducted their work. This settlement requires the corporation to pay $800,000 into a CERCLA special account. The money will be used to oversee a cleanup being conducted by the National Guard Burea under Adminstrative Order from the region. TSC will also conduct work at the range.
