This is a Unilateral Adminstrative Order pursuant to Section 106(a) of CERCLA issued to Valley Wood Preserving, Inc. The order directs Respondent to perform the final phase of remedial design and remedial action for groundwater, as provided in EPA's March 2007 Amendment #2 to the Record of Decision for the Valley Wood Preserving Superfund Site, a now defunct wood preserving facility.
