Miller Dyer disclosed that the facility had a PTE of 127.2 tons per year of VOCs and 85.9 tons per year of hazardous air pollutants. It may therefore exceeded major source thresholds. Miller Dyer shut in and subsequently dismantled the Comet Pipeline Compressor Station because it had initiated operations at the Flat Rock Compresor Station located approximately 5 miles away.
