This is a Administrative Penalty Compliance pursuant to RCRA Subtitle I issued to Taylor's Gas. The violation involves failure to have annual line tightness test or perform monthly monitoring, failure to maintain records or release detection monitoring, failure to use spill prevention for an existing system, failure to investigate a spill/overfill from waste oil tank, failure to properly install and maintain a fiberglass tank, and failure to provide adequate release detection method on piping.
