This is an Administrative Penalty complaint and consent agreement pursuant to RCRA subtitle C which simultaneously initiates and concludes this action with respect to Global Communication Semiconductors, Inc. The violations alleged are: (1) storage of HW without a permit; (2) failure to conduct weekly inspections of hazardous waste storage areas; (3) training violations; (4) incomplete contingency plan, and; (5) failure to obtain an EPA identification number. The Respondent has agreed to pay a penalty of $21,400.
