This is an Administrative Penalty action against Impressions, Polishing and Plating, Inc. pursuant to EPCRA 313 for failure to timely submit reporting forms for lead compounds processed and nitric acid otherwise used in the reporting years 2004 and 2005. Respondent voluntarily disclosed the violations and met all criteria of the Small Business Compliance Policy, resulting in a 100% reduction of the proposed $17,500 penalty to a zero dollar penalty ($0).
