This is an ability to pay settlement for a cost-recovery action that was brought as a result of releases of TCE and other contaminants from the PRP's facility between 1964-1973. Valley Manufactured has been dissolved and Groveland Resources is without sufficient assets to provide financial compensation. Per the Consent Decree, Groveland Resources will provide access, institutional controls and 100% of any Net/Sale proceeds of the facility's property.
