A Notice of Violation and Administrative Order are being issued against Hood Coatings, Inc. for notification and reporting violations of the Fabric NESHAP, as well as for failing to have a Title V operating permit, and failing to comply with some requirements of a permit plan approval issued by the Mass DEP. Currently, the injunctive relief consists of having the Mass DEP issue Hood Coatings a Title V permit.
