This facility was inspected in fulfillment of the USTCA Inspection requirement. The facility was issued Field Citation II-UST-FC-282EC, in the amount of $300, for the following violations: 280.20(c)(1)(ii): installation of inadequate overfill prevention equipment in a new tank; and 280.31(b): failure to ensure proper operation of cathodic protection system.
