In April and May 2007, Chantell and Michael Sackett, dredged and filled more than a half an acre of wetlands on their property in Priest Lake, Idaho, to prepare the site for a house and shop. The AO asks the Sacketts (the Respondents) to remove the fill, bring back the dredged wetland soil, and replant the lot with native wetland vegetation.
