Finca Los Tres Pichacos aka Jose Martinez Coello is cited for seven counts of FIFRA Section 12(a)(2)(G) Worker Protection Standards including failure to train workers and failure to provide specific pesticide application information to workers and handlers. As part of settlement conditions Respondent will provide WPS training to workers and handlers at the agricultural establishment and pay a monetary penalty.
