This facility was inspected by contractor in response to State referral. Found that one UST had failing results for corrosion protection (anodes) but did nothing for several months. Facility was issued Field Citation II-UST-FC-276EC, in the amount of $150, for violation: 280.31(a), Failure to operate and maintain corrosion protection system continuously. Facility subsequently had anodes retested by another certified vendor and obtained passing results.
