This SDWA Administrative Order is being issued to this public water system for failure to conduct an Initial Distribution Syste Evaluation by October 1, 2007, as required by the Stage 2 Disinfectants and Disinfection Byproducts Rule. The Order requires the system to conduct and submit a copy of an IDSE to EPA within thirty days of the effective date of the Order.
