Administrative Order to address a large number of overflows of untreated wastewater from the Town's sanitary sewer system. The Order requires the Town to develop and implement a capacity, management, operation and maintenance (CMOM) to reduce the likelihood of future sanitary sewer overflows (SSOs). The Order also requires the Town to submit additional information regarding its past SSOs.
