This facility was inspected in fulfillment of the USTCA Inspection requirement. The facility was issued Field Citation II-UST-FC-259EC, in the amount of $450, for the following violations: 280.31(b): failure to ensure proper operation of cathodic protection system; and 280.41(a): failure to monitor tanks at least every 30 days. The facility achieved compliance with the Field Citation by removing their two USTs.
