Violation: An unauthorized brine discharge to Waters of the US was discovered at the Repsondents oil field lease located in Wichita County, TX on January 15, 2008, by an EPA inspector.
Relief: An Administrative Order is being issued to the Respondent to: cease all discharges of pollutants; remove a discharge pipe; remove the brine and oil from a tributary of Long Creek; and to submit written certification.
