RESOURCES ENTERPRISES, INC. (NMU001547): A storm water compliance inspection was conducted on June 13, 2007, by the New Mexico Environment Department at the residential construction site known as the Agua Fria Sub-division in the Escondido Hills Development in Ruidoso Downs, NM. The inspection was conducted as the result of several citizen complaints regarding the discharge of large amounts of sediment to the Rio Ruidoso. The inspection indicated the operator at the site, Resources Enterprises, Inc., did not have permit coverage under the Storm Water Construction General permit. An administrative order was drafted to address the lack of permit coverage.
