Violation: Respondent's oil field facility located in the Southeast Quarter of Section 28, Township 22 North, Range 10 East, Osage County OK, was a point source discharge of pollutants, namely oil field brine, to the receiving waters of Eagle Creek and Skiatook Lake. The violation was observed by an EPA inspector on January 28, 2008.
Relief: An Administrative Order is being issued to the Respondent to cease all discharges of pollutants; to construct a catchment structure; and to remove the pollutants from the impacted water body.
