This Combined Complaint and Consent Agreement is issued to Slim Olson, owner of Slim Olson's Service Station, for failure to file the Tier II Form for hazardous chemicals stored on site during calendar year 2006. Gasoline, diesel fuel, kerosene and propane are defined as hazardous chemicals.
