Facility was found to not conduct release detection properly for its petroleum USTs. Was issued Field Citation II-UST-FC-305EC for violation of 40 CFR 280.40(a); failure to provide adequate release detection method. After compliance assistance provided, facility now uses groundwater monitoring wells on site properly.
