This is a unilateral administrative order (UAO) pursuant to RCRA section 7003 issued to the respondent, Plymouth Tube Company. Respondent is a prior operator at this location, and used large quantites of TCE in its operations. TCE has been discovered in groundwater below the facility. The Order directs Respondent to investigate the nature and extent of groundwater contamination below and downgradient from the facility.
