This is an administrative order on consent (AOC) pursuant to RCRA Section 3008(h) that has been issued to Romic Environmental Technologies. The Order requires Romic to investigate the nature and extent of groundwater contamination below its facility in the Gila River Indian Community. Groundwater is the sole source of drinking water for the Community.
