Failure to post the Storm Water Construction General Permit certification, a copy of the Notice of Intent certification letter and a brief description of the project, including the permit number, at the construction site. 2. Failure to install adequate control measures and stabilization practices at the construction site. 3. Failure to perform required inspections of the construction site. 4. Failure to complete and certify inspection reports.
