This is a settlement of M. Swift & Sons, Inc.'s liability at the SRSNE site. It is based on Swift's limited ability to pay; Swift recently ceased operations. The settlement requires Swift to pay $950,000 to EPA, DOI, and CTDEP. EPA is to get $903,861.
