This Administrative Order directs Montrose Chemical Company of California, Inc. and Shell Oil Company to perform remedial design work for the remedy set forth in the Record of Decision for Dual site Groundwater Operable Unit, Montrose Chemical and Del Amo Superfund Sites (March 1999).
