This is an administrative settlement where the Consent Agreement and Final Order simultaneously initiates and concludes the enforcement action. This is a RCRA Subtitle C settlement with Greif, Inc. The violations involve (1) storage of hazardous waste without a permit; (2) failure to close containers of hazardous waste; (3) failure to maintain the facility in such a manner as to minimize the possibility of a release; (4) failure to maintain Container Level 1 standards; (5) incomplete contingency plan. Greif, Inc. returned to compliance on January 8, 2007. The Order directs Greif, Inc. to pay the $9412 penalty.
