System failted to prepare and deliver a Year 2000 Consumer Confidence Report (CCR) using drinking water data the system collected during 2000. The AO requires the system to prepare its year 2000 CCR, include a statement in the CCR that this report should have been provided by July 1, 2001, deliver the CCR to its customers by 4/15/2002, and provide a copy of the CCR and a certification statemnet that includes the date and the method it distributed the CCR to its customers to Region 5 and WDNR by 4/30/2002.
