Facility was in violation of state and federal UST regulations for failing to protect buried metal piping from corrosion, failing to equip pumping systems with automatic line leak detection, and not keeping leak detection records. A compliance order was issued requiring that the facility be brought back into compliance with UST release detection requirements.
